I have written countless posts on food prep (I will link them below) because I truly believe preparing food is vital in the pursuit to eat well and focus on your health.
We are all busy. And yes, cooking takes time. But hard boiling some eggs, roasting potatoes and maybe even chopping a few veggies makes a world of difference – and certainly does not take an eternity.
