  1. Great video! I definitely agree that the “perfect diet” varies from person to person. After being a vegetarian for a year and a half, my body got extremely low on iron despite the fact that I was eating a lot of iron-rich foods. I learned that my body doesn’t do as well on plant-based iron sources and needs some meat! Learning what’s best for me has been a long process and I’m still learning! Eating real foods definitely helps.
