In my last email, I talked all about grocery shopping: what to buy and what to avoid; my tips and tricks for navigating the aisles; and where I shop to pick up my essentials.

In today’s video, I awkwardly tell you what’s in my pantry!

What’s in my pantry? 

-Flavors and things: broth, salsa, spices, coconut aminos, , apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, unrefined coconut oil

-Cans: wild tuna and salmon, sardines, sweet potato/squash/pumpkin puree, tomatoes

-Butters: sunflower seed butter, almond butter, coconut butter, tahini

-Snacks and treats: raisins, dried apricots, dates, goji berries, seeds (chia, sunflower, pumpkin, hemp), almonds, cashews, walnuts, dark chocolate

-Baking: gluten free flours (oat, buckwheat, tapioca), cocoa powder, chocolate chips – I keep almond flour and flaxseed meal in the fridge

  1. You are the cutest :) And an awesome speaker too! I think the easiest thing to get people started with is reading the ingredients and ignoring the numbers. Such a simple thing that makes a huge difference. And you know I love my wild canned fish too :)

  2. Love this!! Proof that you don’t need a lot of space to have nutrient dense options (P.S. I love that you say that multiple times… so important versus categorizing food into some type of diet, etc). I will refer back to this when I need to downsize my pantry in the fall! xoxo

    1. Hi Marnie! I get the PaleoCrunch granola from the Organic Garage – it’s in Thornhill… a bit far for you but has awesome products.
