What’s in my pantry?
-Flavors and things: broth, salsa, spices, coconut aminos, , apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, unrefined coconut oil
-Cans: wild tuna and salmon, sardines, sweet potato/squash/pumpkin puree, tomatoes
-Butters: sunflower seed butter, almond butter, coconut butter, tahini
-Snacks and treats: raisins, dried apricots, dates, goji berries, seeds (chia, sunflower, pumpkin, hemp), almonds, cashews, walnuts, dark chocolate
-Baking: gluten free flours (oat, buckwheat, tapioca), cocoa powder, chocolate chips – I keep almond flour and flaxseed meal in the fridge
