Hi friends! Hope you are having a good weekend so far. Just popping in with my meal and workout plan for the week.
I’m crossing my fingers that my knee will feel good enough for a short run on Thursday. So far it has been feeling great (not perfect) but really coming along. My friend hooked me up with a guest pass at her gym for the week so I’m going to get in a couple of strength training workouts there — missing Crossfit but not ready for that just yet.
I’m looking forward to testing out some new dinner recipes this week too. I prepped some veggies and I’m going to finish the rest of my prep later today.
- Green monstah pancakes , oatmeal, quinoa flakes – breakfast
- Tuna salad – lunch
- Oatmeal raisin bars – snacking
- Tofu bowls: sweet potato, broccoli, kale, zucchini – dinner x2
- Spaghetti squash pasta with bean “meatballs” – dinner x2
- Breakfast for dinner
Sunday: Spinning and yoga
Tuesday: Strength training
Thursday: RUN!!!! <– I’m excited!
Friday: Spinning and strength training
