Hi friends! Today I wanted to share a quick dumb-bell arm workout that I have I started doing some light weight training at home after my runs. I use lighter weights but do each exercise more times in order to tone. Yes tone ladies! Our favourite workout word.
All you need is a pair of dumbbells — I use 6lb ones (for now…)
